Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Aasanly. By creating an account or using our platform you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree please do not use Aasanly.
Aasanly is an online appointment booking platform that helps local businesses
in India create professional booking pages and manage appointments.
Aasanly is operated from Chandigarh, India.
By using our platform you agree to these terms which are governed by Indian law.
Business Owners:
Customers making bookings:
Free Trial
New accounts get a 30-day free trial. No credit card required to start. Full access to all features during trial.
Subscription Plans
₹499/month or ₹4,999/year after trial ends. Pricing may change with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.
Trial Expiry
After trial ends your booking page will be deactivated until a subscription is purchased. Your data is retained for 90 days.
Refunds
We offer a 7-day refund on monthly subscriptions if you are not satisfied. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable after 15 days.

Aasanly is a platform that facilitates appointment bookings between businesses and their customers.
We are not responsible for:
• The quality of services provided by businesses on our platform
• Disputes between businesses and their customers
• No-shows by customers or cancellations by businesses
• Payment disputes between businesses and customers
Payments between customers and businesses happen outside Aasanly.
We do not process or hold any payments on behalf of businesses.
When you upload content to Aasanly (business name, photos, service descriptions):
• You retain ownership of your content
• You grant Aasanly a license to display it on your booking page
• You confirm you have rights to any content you upload
• You must not upload illegal, offensive or copyrighted content without permission
We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.
The Aasanly name, logo, platform design and technology are owned by Aasanly.
You may not:
• Use the Aasanly name or logo without written permission
• Claim to be affiliated with or endorsed by Aasanly
• Copy or replicate our platform design or technology
We respect intellectual property rights and expect you to do the same.
We may suspend or terminate your account if:
You violate these Terms of Service
Your trial or subscription expires
We receive valid legal requests
Your account is involved in fraudulent activity
You provide false business information
Upon termination your booking page will be deactivated immediately. You can request your data within 90 days of termination.
Aasanly provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We are not liable for:
• Loss of business or revenue due to platform downtime
• Data loss due to technical failures (we maintain backups)
• Actions of businesses or customers using our platform
• Any indirect or consequential damages
Our maximum liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the last 3 months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India.
For any disputes:
• First contact us at admin@aasanly.in to resolve informally
• If unresolved disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Chandigarh, India
• We aim to resolve all disputes within 30 days of being notified
We may update these Terms from time to time.
We will notify you of significant changes by:
• Posting the updated terms on this page
• Sending an email to registered business owners at least 14 days before changes take effect
Your continued use of Aasanly after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
