At Aasanly, we take your privacy seriously. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal data when you use our platform - whether you are a business owner or a customer making a booking.
Aasanly is an online appointment booking platform for local businesses across India.
We help businesses create booking pages and manage appointments.
Our platform is accessible at aasanly.in and its subdomains (e.g. yourbusiness.aasanly.in).

We collect two types of data:
A. Business Owner Data (when you register on Aasanly):
B. Customer Data (when a customer makes a booking):
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted in Singapore.
We implement the following security measures:
• All data transmitted over HTTPS (encrypted)
• Passwords hashed using bcrypt (never stored in plain text)
• Authentication via JWT tokens with expiry
• Rate limiting to prevent unauthorized access
• Regular security updates and monitoring
While we take all reasonable precautions, no system is 100% secure.
In the event of a data breach, we will notify affected users within 72 hours
as required by applicable law.
We share your data only in the following limited circumstances:
• With the business you are booking with (they see your name, phone and appointment details)
• With our email service provider (Resend.com) to send confirmation emails
• With legal authorities if required by law
We do not share, sell or rent your personal data to any third party for marketing purposes.
We retain your data for the following periods:
• Business account data: As long as your account is active + 90 days after deletion
• Booking/appointment records: 2 years from the date of booking
• Email communication logs: 1 year
After these periods your data is permanently deleted from our systems.
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023 you have the following rights:

To exercise any of these rights email us at admin@aasanly.in with the subject line "Data Request". We will respond within 30 days.
Aasanly uses minimal cookies:
• Authentication tokens stored in localStorage (not cookies) for dashboard access
• No third-party advertising cookies
• No tracking cookies
We may use analytics in the future to improve our service.
We will update this policy if we do.
Aasanly is not intended for use by children under 18 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has provided us with personal data please contact us immediately.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
We will notify you of significant changes by:
• Posting the new policy on this page with an updated date
• Sending an email notification to registered business owners
Your continued use of Aasanly after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
